Terms of Registration

1. The programme. The Contract Room is a professional training programme presented by Leela Works. Registration entitles the delegate named at registration to one seat at the edition selected.

2. The seat fee. The seat fee is as stated on the edition’s page, exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued to the delegate’s organisation against the particulars provided at registration.

3. The credit arrangement. The seat fee (exclusive of GST) converts in full to Leela Works credit, redeemable by the delegate’s organisation against a Leela Works subscription within twelve months of the edition attended. Credit is not redeemable for cash.

4. Transfers and substitutions. A seat may be transferred to a colleague of the same organisation at any time before the registration list closes (three days before the edition), on written notice to room@leela.works.

5. Cancellation. Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy.

6. Materials. Programme materials are provided for the delegate’s professional use. All exercises are conducted on synthetic instruments; delegates are asked not to bring, upload or discuss client papers in the room.

7. Not legal advice. The programme is professional training. Nothing in it constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor–client or advocate–client relationship arises from attendance.

8. Changes. The presenters may vary the venue or, where unavoidable, the date of an edition on reasonable notice; in the event of cancellation by the presenters, seat fees are refunded in full.
