Cancellations and Refunds

By the delegate. Cancellations notified in writing to room@leela.works no later than seven days before the edition are refunded in full. Thereafter, the preferred course is a substitution — a colleague of the same organisation may take the seat at any time before the registration list closes. Where substitution is not possible, the seat fee is held as credit against a later edition of the series.

By the presenters. Should an edition be cancelled by the presenters, seat fees are refunded in full within seven working days. The presenters’ liability is limited to the seat fee paid.

Refund mechanics. Refunds are made to the instrument of payment, through the payment provider, ordinarily within seven working days of acceptance.
